AMCU announces two members only Open House dates to introduce members to our training environment hosted by Softchoice Corporation. Our purpose for the Open House dates is to ensure that all members that wish to participate in the IBM ILE and Open Source Toolkit labs this summer have the necessary tools installed on their laptop, have a User Id on the hosting iseries, and get acquainted with the location. Member response to the Open House dates will also serve to inform the Board on member preference with regard to day and hour of upcoming and future extended events.
Laptop is required if you wish to get your hands on the training. Minimum requirements recommended for WDSC are 2Ghz processor, 1GB RAM, 2GB HD available, 1024x768 screen resolution, and Windows XP or better.
